Plastic fan filter assemblies from Mechatronics, Inc., are designed to reduce contaminants and dust particles. 

Sizes are available for use with  40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 92mm, 120mm and 172mm size fans  (filter size for 172mm fans is 162mm). The foam filter media come in 30, 45, 60, and 100 PPI (Pores Per Inch).

These assemblies consist of a plastic finger guard, foam filter media, and a plastic retainer. The guards and retainers are made from plastic materials which all meet UL94-VO flammability requirements. The foam filter media is made to meet UL94MFI smoke generation requirements.
